Scoring Rules Guide
The Lead Scoring & AI Qualification Module allows you to create fully customizable scoring rules that automatically calculate lead quality, engagement level, and conversion probability based on your sales process.
Scoring rules help your sales team focus on the most valuable opportunities by assigning points to lead activities, profile data, and behavioral interactions.
Accessing Scoring Rules
- Login to your Perfex CRM admin panel.
- Navigate to Lead Scoring → Scoring Rules.
- View, create, edit, enable, or disable scoring rules.
Creating a New Scoring Rule
- Click the Add New Rule button.
- Fill in the required rule information.
- Select the rule type and condition.
- Assign points and scoring weight.
- Save the rule.
Rule Configuration Fields

Available Rule Types
1. Field-Based Rules
Field-based rules evaluate lead profile information and custom lead fields.
Examples:
- Email field is not empty
- Company name provided
- Lead source equals "Website"
- Budget greater than a specific amount
2. Interaction-Based Rules
Interaction-based rules evaluate lead engagement and activity history.
Examples:
- Email opened
- Proposal viewed
- Website visit recorded
- Form submitted recently
- Link clicked
Supported Conditions

| within_days | Validates recent activity inside defined timeframe. |

Lead Temperature Classification

Automatic Score Updates
Lead scores are automatically recalculated whenever:
- Lead information changes
- New interactions are recorded
- Scoring rules are modified
- Manual recalculation is triggered
