Lead Temperature Settings Guide

The Lead Temperature System helps automatically classify leads based on their engagement level, activity history, and conversion probability. This allows sales teams to instantly identify which leads require immediate attention and which leads need nurturing.

Lead temperatures are dynamically calculated using your scoring rules and are automatically updated whenever lead activity changes.

Accessing Temperature Settings

  1. Login to your Perfex CRM admin panel.
  2. Navigate to Lead Scoring → Temperature Settings.
  3. Configure score ranges and classification rules.

Default Lead Temperature Levels

Temperature Score Range Description
🔥 Hot Lead 70 - 100 Highly engaged leads with strong conversion potential.
🌤️ Warm Lead 40 - 69 Moderately engaged leads with good sales potential.
❄️ Cold Lead 0 - 39 Low engagement leads requiring nurturing and follow-up.

Configuring Temperature Ranges

  1. Open the Temperature Settings page.
  2. Adjust minimum and maximum score values for each lead category.
  3. Customize labels and thresholds based on your sales workflow.
  4. Save the configuration.

The system will automatically reclassify leads using the updated score ranges.
