Step-by-step guide to install the Lead Scoring module in your Perfex CRM instance

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Upload the Module(Manual)

  1. Download the module ZIP package from CodeCanyon.
  2. Extract the ZIP file on your computer.
  3. Locate the lead_scoring folder.
  4. Upload the folder to your Perfex CRM modules directory:
/modules/lead_scoring/

Step 2: Activate the Module

  1. Login to your Perfex CRM admin panel.
  2. Navigate to Setup → Modules.
  3. Find Lead Scoring & AI Qualification in the module list.
  4. Click the Activate button.

Step 3: Database Setup

The module will automatically create all required database tables during activation. No manual database configuration is required.

Step 4: Configure the Module

  1. Go to Lead Scoring → Settings.
  2. Configure scoring rules and lead qualification parameters.
  3. Customize score weights and lead temperature thresholds.
  4. Save your settings.

Step 5: Verify Installation

  • Ensure the module menu appears in the admin sidebar.
  • Open any lead profile to verify scoring integration.
  • Check the analytics dashboard for proper loading.
  • Test lead score calculations with sample leads.

Requirements

  • Perfex CRM v2.8.0 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher
  • MySQL 5.7 or higher
  • Minimum 128MB PHP Memory Limit

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure correct folder permissions (755 for folders, 644 for files).
  • Clear Perfex CRM cache after installation.
  • Verify your server meets the minimum requirements.
  • Deactivate and reactivate the module if installation issues occur.
