System Requirements
Before installing the Lead Scoring & AI Qualification Module, ensure your server environment meets the following minimum requirements.

Required PHP Extensions
- mysqli - json - curl - gd - zip
These PHP extensions are required for proper module functionality, analytics processing, chart rendering, API communication, and ZIP package handling.
Database Tables Created
- tbl_lead_scores — Stores calculated lead scores and conversion probability data.
- tbl_lead_scoring_rules — Stores customizable lead scoring rules and configurations.
- tbl_lead_interactions — Tracks lead activities, interactions, and engagement history.
Compatibility Check
You can verify your server compatibility directly from Perfex CRM:
- Go to Admin → Utilities → System Health
- Review PHP version, extensions, and server configuration.
- Ensure all required checks display a green status.
Important Notes
- The module may not function correctly on PHP versions lower than 7.4.
- For best performance, PHP 8.0+ is highly recommended.
- Large lead databases may require increased PHP memory limits.
- Always keep Perfex CRM and server software updated for security and compatibility.
Warning: If your server does not meet the minimum requirements, some module features may not work properly.
