Installation Instructions

Step 1: Upload Module via Perfex CRM

1. Download the module ZIP package from CodeCanyon.
2. Do not extract the ZIP file.
3. Login to your Perfex CRM admin panel.
4. Navigate to Setup → Modules.
5. Click the Upload Module button.
6. Select the downloaded ZIP file.
7. Wait for the upload process to complete.

Step 2: Activate the Module

1. After upload, locate Lead Scoring & AI Qualification in the modules list.
2. Click the Activate button.
3. The module will automatically complete the installation process.

Step 3: Automatic Database Setup

During activation, the module automatically creates all required database tables and configuration settings. No manual database import is required.

Step 4: Configure the Module

1. Navigate to Lead Scoring → Settings.
2. Configure lead scoring rules and qualification settings.
3. Customize score weights, lead temperature ranges, and scoring logic.
4. Save the configuration.

Step 5: Verify Installation

• Ensure the module menu appears in the Perfex CRM sidebar.
• Open any lead profile to confirm lead scoring integration.
• Check the analytics dashboard for proper functionality.
• Create or update a lead to test automatic score calculation.

Manual Installation (Optional)

1. Extract the module ZIP file.
2. Upload the lead_scoring folder to:

/modules/lead_scoring/

3. Go to Setup → Modules.
4. Activate the module from the modules list.

Requirements

• Perfex CRM v2.8.0 or higher
• PHP 7.4 or higher
• MySQL 5.7 or higher
• Minimum 128MB PHP Memory Limit

Troubleshooting

• Ensure your server allows ZIP uploads.
• Verify correct folder permissions (755 for folders, 644 for files).
• Clear Perfex CRM cache after installation.
• Deactivate and reactivate the module if installation issues occur.
• Ensure the module folder is uploaded directly inside the /modules directory.
